How Does It Work
1.) ME: Speak with me to see is you would be a good candidate.
2) Apply : get you started and speaking to an RTO mortgage underwriter
specialist.
3.) O's RTO Decision: if approve, we'll discuss the maximum price,
estatimate monthly rental payments and other essential details.
4.) House Hunting: Start looking for your dream home within the
approved price range.
5.) Finalizing: Once you've found the perefect place, and Oliver's
approval, they will connect you with an investor. Again, terms,
conditions, price are discussed and once agreed. Offer is submitted.
6.) Conatulations : If your offer is accepted, you're now the proud tenant
of your future home, with the tittle set to transfer in a few years!
